My name is Tiffany Parker and I am blessed to be serving as Principal at Guyton Elementary School! 

I have lived in Effingham County my entire life. My husband, Aaron, works in our district as an Engineering Teacher at ECCA.  I have two children, Dean and Carly, who also attend Effingham County Schools. My family loves to travel and spend time together!   

I have worked in the Effingham County School System since 2011 and have a B.S. and M. Ed from Georgia Southern University and also an Ed.S. in Educational Leadership from Valdosta State University.  Before becoming an administrator, I had the pleasure of teaching Technology, 1st grade, and 3rd grade.  I absolutely loved being in the classroom and helping students reach learning goals each and every day.  I am excited to have the opportunity to help students AND teachers be the very best they can be!  I value the importance of being a lifelong learner and think it is important to instill a foundation and love of learning at a very young age!

Hello Guyton Gators!  My name is Brooke Matthews, and I am thrilled to be serving as your Instructional Supervisor and Assistant Principal this year. I received my B.S. in Early Childhood Education, M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction, and Ed.S in Elementary Education from Georgia Southern University. Go Eagles! 

I have always had a passion for education and a love for children. I am excited to bring that passion with me to serve the students, staff, and families of Guyton Elementary.

My name is Charlene Andrews, and I am proud to serve as an assistant principal at Guyton Elementary School. I have over 20 years of experience in education and remain deeply committed to supporting student success and fostering a positive school culture.

Throughout my career, I have taught 1st, 3rd, and 4th grades and served as an instructional coach at Guyton Elementary. These experiences have shaped my passion for instructional leadership, collaboration, and continuous improvement. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education and a Master of Education in Reading from Georgia Southern University, and later completed my Doctorate in Curriculum Studies.

As a native of Effingham County, I value the opportunity to serve the same community that has invested so much in me. My husband, Stephen, and I have been married for over twenty years, and we have two children, Pierce and Logan. Outside of school, I enjoy spending time outdoors, participating in CrossFit, running, reading, writing, and being with my family.

I truly believe education is my calling, and I am honored to serve the students, staff, and families of Guyton Elementary each day.
